Don’t worry i will solve your problem because i know a lot of you are Vegan and not comfortable with egg, dairy and want something tasty.
The ingredients i will share with you are super simple, and the outcome is super delicious to eat.
Ingredients for Banana Walnut Muffin
- Ripe Banana (Obviously)
- Flavorless Oil (I prefer Refined oil)
- Vanilla Extract
- Brown Sugar
- All-Purpose-Flour
- Baking soda
- Baking Powder
- Chopped Walnut
Preparation Process

Take 2 ripe bananas and mash them properly
Add ¼ cup any flavorless oil
Add ½ tablespoon vanilla extract
Add 3 tablespoon brown sugar
Mix until sugar totally dissolves
Add ¾ flour(all-purpose-flour)
Add ½ tablespoon baking powder
Add ½ tablespoon baking soda
Add few chopped walnut
Mix everything just until the flour disappears and the chopped walnuts are distributed evenly throughout the batter.
Take a conventional muffin hole tray and few muffin cups as per your need
Don’t forget to grease the muffin cups with oil or cooking spray
Scoop the muffin batter evenly into the muffin cups
Want some toppings then add some nuts
Bake them for 375 degree F (190 degree C) for about 16-20 minutes.
Now let them cool completely and take your first bite
