Don’t worry today i will share a recipe that is enough to satisfy your cravings.
I can bet you have never taste any cookies this satisfying.
Ingredients

- Vegan Butter (Unsalted) / Coconut Oil
- Granulated Sugar
- Brown Sugar
- Vegan Milk (I Almond milk preferred)
- Vanilla Extract
- Dark Chocolate Chopped
- All Purpose Flour
- Baking Soda
- Salt
- Chopped Walnut (Optional but highly recomended)
Preparation Process

Melt 100g or ½ cup of unsalted vegan butter and Pour in Bowl
Add 50g Granulated sugar
Add 100g Brown sugar
Blend these properly
Add 60ml Almond milk or any other vegan milk
Add 1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract
The mixture may look little thin but don’t worry, it will come together when we add our rest ingredients
Add 180g All purpose flour with ½ teaspoon of baking soda and ½ teaspoon of salt
Gently mix them and slowly pour these into the wet mixture
Add 150-180g chopped dark chocolate
Add 75g Walnut chopped (Optional but i bet you will love it)
Again mix them so chocolate and walnut mix properly with the thick layer
And now chill the dough for at least 3 hours or overnight so the mixture become solid
You’re almost done! Scoop the dough and firmly shape it into balls, adjusting the size to your preference
Place them in a parchment lined baking sheet
Bake cookies at a 170°C for 10-11 minutes and your cookies are ready
